These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the pilemaster platform. By registering, the user accepts these terms.

§ 2 Registration and Account

To use the full functionality of the platform, registration is required. The user is obligated to provide truthful information and to keep their access data confidential.

§ 3 Services

pilemaster provides a platform for tracking and managing media consumption (series, movies, books, games). The operator reserves the right to change or discontinue services at any time.

§ 4 User Obligations

The user agrees not to misuse the platform, not to upload illegal content, and not to violate the rights of third parties.

§ 5 Liability

The operator is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected.

§ 6 Termination

Both parties may terminate the user relationship at any time. The user can delete their account at any time in the profile settings.
